Magic of the White Button Up
I honestly think I might change your life.. well wardrobe life(Same thing really). Having this item in your wardrobe will not only make your life easier .. but you get to look classy at the same time. This is undoubtedly my favourite, something that should be a staple in your closet - The White Button up shirt. I love it so much that I actually have two of them.. one is a romp which sometimes annoys the heck out of me because when I wear it under a dress or skirt it looks like I'm wearing granny panties & my new favorite I kinda burnt and to this day I want to express the level of anger I feel about that situation.
Anyways, let's get to the nitty-gritty. White button-ups are essential because you can wear it a million ways, in ALL seasons and to MANY occasions. If that's not enough for you then I don't know what to tell you, sis.

Okay, so many call it the button down others, the button up I guess it goes with how you button it. Personally start from the top and now that I think about it it's a little weird.
How do you find your perfect button-down?
FIT
It really comes down to the perfect fit. I will admit, one of my button-ups is a tad on the tighter side of life and it does the whole openspaceinthebustarea thing. Make sure it's not too tight and not too loose.
COLOUR
I don't think I mentioned that the shirt should be white- I meant crisp white. That gives the absolute best look. When you're looking for your button-up- get the whitest of white that hopefully won't fade.
MATERIAL
The material should be the finest - again we tying to do things on a budget loves but if you get the correct staple item, even though it may be on the pricier side it will be worth it. You will wear it a thousand times because of its versatility and you won't have to keep buying it. Don't be afraid to spend those coins but always be on the lookout for sales, I never sleep on those.
IN CONCLUSION - listen to de ghyel
The reason I have two if we're being honest the first one was starting to look tired(It was cheap) I still wear it don't get me wrong but it doesn't have THAT effect that I want because of the faded colour and the material looking different after a few washes.
Take your time looking for your shirt, don't grab the first one you see. Make sure that you are comfortable and if need be, save to buy one. Your wardrobe HAS to have certain items and this is definitely one of them.
